I am an experienced coach and facilitator with 25 years’ expertise in leadership development and over 2500 coaching hours.

I aim to live a passionate, committed and rich-in-meaning life with my husband and daughters, making time for my other loves that enrich me: design, Yoga, Music & the ocean.
I started my career with Accenture as a Change and Organisation Development consultant. I subsequently held a number of roles in Leadership development and Talent Management for Woolworths Pty Ltd and was responsible for designing, sourcing and implementing Leadership Programmes and for developing and leading a Succession Planning process for Directors, Executives & Leaders. My last corporate role there was as the Head of Talent Management where I was responsible for Recruitment, Assessment, Leadership Development, Coaching, Career Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management. In this role I managed a team of 40 talent management specialists.
For the last 12 years I have been running a successful leadership and team coaching practice as a founder of Possibility inc.
I am a registered developmental Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), as well as an accredited Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
My formal qualifications from the University of Stellenbosch include an MA Counselling Psychology (Cum Laude) acquired in
2000, an Hons in Industrial Psychology (Cum Laude) acquired in 1994 and a BEcon degree in Industrial Psychology from graduating 1993.
From the Newfield Institute, Australia I also acquired a Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching in 2014: I am now part of the faculty, training coaches in South Africa in the initial stages of the programme.
Other accreditations include: Integrative Enneagram, MBTI, Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment, Process Oriented Change Leadership, Learning Facilitation.
My clients include a range of leaders, professionals and business owners spanning a wide range of sectors. I have regular clients from Financial Services, Tourism, Biodiversity, Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, Public Health, Food and Beverage, Government, and Higher Education sectors.
